Welcome to our Report suite. Here you can access all of our annual reports dating back from 2019 to 2024. Each one is filled with information on the work we do at home and overseas to support our suppliers, create products that are fit for the future and protect our planet and the work we’re doing at home in Harrogate.
We hope you enjoy learning more and you can download all the reports to keep for later.
2024 Group Annual Review
Our 2024 Annual Review shares our impact from across the Bettys & Taylors Group, providing a snapshot of the work that has taken place over the year with news from our wider business.
In 2024 we continued our focus on building a culture where people know they belong and are supported and encouraged to be at their best. We have also been setting the foundations to make a Net Zero commitment and have worked on pilot programmes, which we’re actively learning from, to support our Living Wage work with suppliers.

The 2022 Report
2022 was a particularly challenging year for the communities we work with at home and overseas. Our relationships and transparent approach have been key to us working through the challenges and we were honoured to be awarded a Queen’s Award for Sustainable Development in recognition of our approach to sourcing.
