Each one is filled with information on the work we do at home and overseas to support our suppliers, create products that are fit for the future and protect our planet and the work we’re doing at home in Harrogate.

The 2023 Report

As we mark ten years since Taylors Sourcing Approach was launched, we’re now working with our suppliers to determine how we can drive further positive change from this unique way of sourcing — building shared plans to achieve our Net Zero ambitions through reducing the carbon emissions involved in tea and coffee production and continuing to improve livelihoods in farming communities.

The 2022 Report

2022 was a particularly challenging year for the communities we work with at home and overseas. Our relationships and transparent approach have been key to us working through the challenges and we were honoured to be awarded a Queen’s Award for Sustainable Development in recognition of our approach to sourcing.

The 2021 Report

In 2021 we felt the impact of the pandemic and global restrictions on progress, but our work didn’t stop and we’re proud of our successes, from winning a UN Climate Action Award, to switching the majority of our Yorkshire Tea products to plant based tea bags.
